Car Dealer Reviews is fast becoming the go to platform for customers to find a reputable car dealer and for dealerships to extend the reach of their word of mouth advertising.
Working with a design agency as their external Umbraco resource, we were brought in to develop the front and back end of the site. With the client's vision to become the leading authority in car dealership reviews, there needed to be an open workflow to allow for changes and new integrations to maximise on each new insight and opportunity. We worked an agile process to allow different scenarios to be tested by the client, implementing changes as needed, adapting the original brief to fit the new requirements, increasing the client's ROI.

3rd party API
The new site has given the client the direct control over data and content management, providing flexibility to measure traffic, dealerships, reviews and alternative ways for users to validate their reviews. We added a 3rd party API to allow reviews to be viewed via the AutoTrader website as well as options for advertising, increased traffic and sales with links to Zuto finance, the client's parent company.
This added insight is already proving invaluable to the client, allowing them to increase turnover for the parent company, measure user activity, increase their own traffic and user base of both reviewers and dealerships, increasing their brand awareness and membership sales.
